As we shared previously, the Hero Title has been separately delivered to players who purchased 'Musician Costume package' from February Update until before the 18th February Maintenance.

 

 

Additionally, we'd like to inform all Heroes that the 'Grade Recovery' matter that we wanted to resolve this 18th February maintenance will instead be carried out on 25th February maintenance.

Dear Adventures,

 

 

 

Most of all, we apologize for the 'Musician Costume Package (Package Only)' that has been on sale since the February update patch.

 

 

 

As it is a costume that is re-launched, the package was supposed to include the 'hero title', but does not include the title.

 

 

After publishing this notice, the package will be re-launched at the Cash Shop as a package containing the 'hero title' after the 18th February scheduled maintenance.

 

 

 

For those who already purchased the costume package before the item is re-launched, we will send the hero title manually to the special storage during 18th February scheduled maintenance.

 

 

 

 

In addition, data work for recovery will be carried out during 18th Maintenance for issues with abnormally lowered Costume stats (Epic grade → rare grade) after the 11th February update.  In other words, the work will be carried out to recover the Rare grade back to the Epic grade.
