Dear Adventurers, 

 

We would like to answer questions that are frequently being asked after the December 2023 Update Patch.

 

 

1. Sprout Package given out for Wanderer

- The Sprout Package was given out without notice through the December Patch Note to avoid bot answers put in to our survey.

As it was given as intended, it is free to use. 

 

 

2. Items not being able to purchase in Event Shop

- If the Event Shop sells the same item in two months, that item will have the previous event's purchase limit at the beginning of the event. The purchase count will be reset on the following Saturday.

We wanted to avoid this from happening as it has occured before, after October 2023 Update Patch.

However, after seeing the survey results, we wanted to give out extra enhancement ingredients to the Adventurers.

 

 

3. Additional information about DX11 Beta

- The currently available version of DX11 is a Beta version that is continuously being modified to run a better performance.

It may have some minor issues such as Guild Logo not being visible or graphic setting differences which will be fixed gradually.
