1. Confirmed the issue of Bay Server not being able to enter.

└ We have confirmed that Bay Server's connection is not stable at the moment. We will update this notice once it is fixed.

└ Fix date: 3rd September, 2024 18:43 (GMT+8)

 

2. Confirmed the issue of DN Pass Final reward displayed partially.

└ When receiving the final reward, Surprise! Mount Box and Cozy Wedding Costume Exchange Ticket will be sent to Special Storage together.

 

3. Confirmed the issue of Snacksnack Town quest reward not being able to be obtained with Vandar.

└ Will be fixed during Scheduled Maintenance on 10th September, 2024 (GMT+8).

└ Item will be sent through Special Storage on 4th September, 2024 (GMT+8) 4th September, 2024 17:00 (GMT+8) For Vandar characters to receive.

 

4. Confirmed the issue of VIP Accessory Coupon Pouch (Tradable) in Gosuk's Precious Anniversary Box being wrongly given as VIP Accessory Coupon(Untradable)

└ Will be fixed during Scheduled Maintenance on 10th September, 2024 (GMT+8).

└ If you have obtained VIP Accessory Coupon before the issue is fixed, refrain from using it and we will replace the item during Scheduled Maintenance on 10th September, 2024 (GMT+8).

 

5. Confirmed the issue of Ark Crash Site Maps not included in Dice of DN.

└ Has been fixed on 4th September, 2024 (GMT+8).

└ Dice send date: Delivered at 17:35 on 2024.09.05(GMT+8).
