Rewards are account-based and can be claimed by level 99 characters via Special Storage.
The Customer Center and [GM]s will not assist with moving or transferring items.
Rewards must be claimed from Special Storage before 2024. 10. 1 Tuesday 10:00am.
No re-delivery for unclaimed rewards.
If you don't see the Special Storage icon, try changing the game channel or re-logging.
The event duration and number of winners may be adjusted based on operational needs.
