NOTICE [Updated] Known Issue Notice 26. Nov. 2024 Views 6103

Dear Adventurers,

 

We would like to inform you about an issue that has come to our attention.

 

1. Game client crashing after submitting 2nd Password

└ If you are experiencing this issue, please follow the guideline below to download and temporarily replace the game client file

 

[How to replace Game Client]

1) Download the DragonNest_x64.exe file from the link above in a separate folder

 └ Updated Download Link: [DragonNest_x64.exe]

 └ Download Link updated on November 27th 13:25

2) Locate DragonNest_x64.exe file inside the folder where you installed Dragon Nest

 └ Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\EYEDENTITY GAMES\DragonNest

3) Replace the DragonNest_x64.exe file with the file you downloaded in step 1

4) Launch Dragon Nest via game launcher and try logging into the account again

 

If the situation persists after replacing the game client, please submit an inquiry with a google drive link of the .dmp file following the guide below

 

[How to send .dmp file link]

1) Open the folder where you installed Dragon Nest

 └ Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\EYEDENTITY GAMES\DragonNest

2) Launch Dragon Nest via game launcher

3) Proceed until the game crash occurs

4) Locate and copy the .dmp file created in the game folder to a separate location before Game Client closes

5) Upload the copied .dmp file to your Google Drive

6) Provide us the shareable link where the .dmp file has been uploaded
