We would like to inform you about an issue that has come to our attention regarding the Proof of Lagendia Trade Permit condition that was reverted in our February 11th Scheduled Maintenance.

 

 

1. Characters who have unlocked the Proof of Lagendia Trade Permit after our February Update are unable to trade after the condition has been reverted.

└ We have confirmed that players who have unlocked trading by reaching level 99 without completing [Dragon Nest Novice] guide mission will need to complete the mission in order to unlock trading again.

└ Please submit a 1:1 inquiry in case your character completed [Dragon Nest Novice] mission and unlocked the Proof of Lagendia Trade Permit before February Update but still was affected by this issue.
