We would like to inform you about the issue(s) that came to our attention:

 

1. The issue where the Ark of Transcendence [Present] Ranking is not being displayed normally.

└   We have confirmed that Ark of Transcendence [Present] Ranking returns an error message after you click the search button.
└   Some players may not have received the appropriate Ark Ranking Rewards due to this issue.
└   In order to resolve this issue, the Ark Ranking Rewards will become temporaily unavailable to claim. 
└   Extra measures will be applied at a future date to those adventurers who already claimed the rewards. (Updated 2025-07-08 18:17) 

 

 

2. The issue where certain skill tooltips for Silver Hunter is not displaying correctly.

└   We have confirmed that certain skill tooltips for Silver Hunter class are not being displayed correctly.
