We would like to inform you about the situation regarding Ark of Transcendence Season Rewards.

 

 

During our investigation into the issue, we have found that certain players received incorrect Season Rewards after the server was opened on July 8th, until we temporarily blocked the rewards from being delivered.

 

As we have mentioned in the Known Issue Notice, we will be retrieving the incorrectly distributed rewards and redistribute them according to the correct ranking data as soon as possible.

 

Meanwhile, if you have received Ark of Transcendence Season Rewards, we advise you to refrain from using them.

 

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and delay in resolving the issue, and ask for your kind understanding and cooperation in resolving the situation.
