We would like to apologize to our adventurers for the inconvenience caused by the issues with Ark of Transcendence [Present] Season rewards.

 

We are currently working on the situation to distribute the correct rewards as soon as possible.

 

However, in certain following cases, we need additional information to look into the situation and speed up the process.

 

If you belong to one of the cases listed below, please send us a 1:1 inquiry ticket so we can help you with this situation quickly.

 

1. If you have changed your class after the July 8th update, and before July 15th maintenance when the rewards were redistributed.

 

2. If you originally belonged in Bay world and did not clear Ark of Transcendence [Present] again after our world merge in June.

 

3. If you cleared above Ark of Transcendence [Present] Floor 25 but are not listed in the system ranking.

 

 

 

Also, we advise you to include the following details so we can identify your case and provide the appropriate assistance.

 

1. Your Character Name

2. Missing Reward Type (Floor 25F Clear / Floor 50F Clear / Class Ranking Reward)

3. If you changed your class after July 8th update

4. If you belonged to Reef/Bay world before the world merge

5. If you belonged to Bay world, estimated date and time of clearing Ark of Trascendence [Present]
