Dear Adventurers,
We would like to first sincerely apologize for the frustration our Adventurers must have felt regarding the Emergency Maintenance.
Our Adventurers would have been excited as it was the 8th Anniversary Update, filled with lots of new contents such as new Main Quest, increased level cap, and new equipments to farm.
We also acknowledge that the excitement was turned into frustration due to multiple maintenance extensions and Emergency Maintenance, lasting for more than 12 hours in total.
To show our gratitude to the Adventures who endured through the situation, we will be presenting the compensation as follows.
