[What Happened]

 

We have confirmed that our rewards retrieval and redistribution process was based on an incorrect ranking data with clear data of certain players were omitted. 

 

Unfortunately, this omission in data were not found in our cross reference and their items were retrieved, causing the item to be missing.

 

 

We acknowledge that this issue has significantly affected your gameplay experience, and we are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

[What We Will Do]

 

Firstly, we will be verifying our Ark of Transcendence Seson 2 Ranking data and reprovide the incorrectly retrieved items as soon as possible.

 

Then, we will follow up on the incorrectly distributed reprovision rewards and retreive them the best we can.

 

 

 

 

[What We Will Improve]

 

For any future reward-related processes, we will reinforce our data verification procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent similar issues from occurring again.
