Dear Adventurers,

 

We would like to to inform you about issues that came to our attention following the June 9th Update Patch.

 

 

1. The May Event - Best Hero Tournament has not ended.

• After review, we have decided to keep the event active and extend it throughout June. Do not miss this opportunity to participate and claim your rewards!

 

2. Incorrect Repurchase Time display for the Ark of Transcendence Box Key Card in the Ark Shop.

• This is a visual display issue and will be fixed in a future Update Patch. The actual repurchase cooldown remains 90 days after purchase.
• For Example, if you currently have 7 days remaining on the cooldown which is visual bug, after the cooldown expires, the displayed timer may show the ramining period calculated as 90 days minus those 7 days.

 

3. "GSP NOT USED" Displayed when clearing the Night Shadow Training Ground.

• Some text is currently displayed as "GSP NOT USED" due to a localization issue. This issue is scheduled to be fixed during next week's maintenance.

 

4. The Active Event is currently operating on an account basis.

• This behavior is intended. We apologize for the confusion. The account- wide implementation was originally planned for the July Update Patch, but it was applied earlier than scheduled. To compensate for this change, we will be holding a Hot Time Event. Please wait for further details in our upcoming notice.

 

5. The additional Hero Skill from the Engraving Pen is not being added when in stage or world zone. (added on 26.06.16)

• The damage is being applied correctly, and this issue only affects the client-side display. Therefore, there is no problem with equipping the costume and continuing to play. We will work to resolve this display issue as quickly as possible.
