First of all, congratulations to all who've participated in the Crystal Collector Event!

 

DNSEA have successfully cleared all the criterias with whopping numbers!

 

 

 

We had previously notified of the delay regarding the Crystal Collector Event. 

However, due to persisting technical issue, we are sorry to announce that the Crystal Collector Event will now be sent on 27th November 18:00 HRS (GMT+8), to make sure the rewards are sent properly.

 

The expiration date of the rewards will be accordingly changed to 3rd December 23:59 HRS (GMT+8).

 

We are sincerely sorry for this delay and we thank you for your patience. 
 

Heroes will be able to enjoy their rewards next week on 27th November. 

 

 

The rewards that will be send out on 27th November are as follows:

1. Raise Your Lancea

2. Conquer the Fissive Dimension

3. Crystal Collector

 

 

The MUST HAVE Promotion Event rewards, on the other hand, have been properly sent at the stated time (22nd Nov 18:00 HRS) and will be collectible via your Special Storage.
