There have been reports that a few players’ [Skila Equipment] has been destroyed during enhancement, which should not be happening according to the December patch notes that we posted earlier.

 

 

However, we are afraid to announce that it was the patch notes that was containing the wrong information about the enhancement system of [Skila Equipment]. 

We are sorry for the confusion due to the misguided information.  

 

 

 

We have revised the December patch notes, which was containing the wrong [Skila Equipment] information, as following (revised on 30th Jan, 2019, 19:00 GMT+8):

 

 [Skila Equipment] Enhancement Information

 

(ADDED) - If Item Protection Magic Jelly is not used during an enhancement, there is a chance of destruction of a [Skila Gear] when the range of enhancement level of the gear is between 10 to 20.

 

- When enhancement fails, there is a chance of a drop in enhancement level within the range of minimum drop in enhancement level to maximum drop in enhancement level.

 

 

 

The Skila gear that was destroyed before the December patch notes was modified will be compensated.

 

The compensation will be made on 7th Feb, 2019, 18:00 (GMT+8) to those relevant accounts according to our data.

 

 

 

 

Again, we are sincerely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused, and we thank you for your patience.
