First of all, there was an issue that Vena Plaga users couldn’t receive Calypse Tier2+10 item from Equipment for Newbies Box, obtained from the Returnee Pouch.

 

This item was granted to players who went offline for 90 days and returned to the game.

 

 

For those who didn’t receive the items, Equipment for Newbies Box will be delivered at 19:00PM (GMT+8) on 12th November.

Please make sure to receive the item before 19^th November 19:00 PM (GMT+8).

Additionally, we notice you that if you have not received it within the period or have been deleted, it will not be restored with any reasons.

 

Second, we have confirmed an issue in which Vena Plaga [Injury Combo] skill is not applied ordinarily. This will be resolved during December Update Patch.
