Since the application of the new operational policy last August, our team has been putting various internal policies to strengthen security and prevent abuse, and as one of them, the new IP policy has been applied. We have been continuously updating these policies based on verified data, and we will continue to do our best to improve these policies.

 

 

We also fully understand and sympathize with the factors applied to account security for adventurers, such as failed log-ins more than a certain number of times, and attempts to access IPs classified as security risks, causing inconvenience to certain adventurers.

However, once again, we emphasize that the policy is applied for the purpose of strengthening security. More, we promise to make continuous improvements in the future in a way that will address the inconvenience.

 

 

In addition, if you temporarily bypass the IP by resetting or rebooting the modem, please note that there may be difficulties in the procedures such as identity verification during the operation service support process.
