Most of the items and gold they have acquired have been successfully recalled from the inventory, and our team has a plan to complete a refund for used EYET by 8th December (GMT+8) if possible.

 

In addition, our team is happy to receive all tickets from those affected regarding this recall action by 15th December at midnight (GMT+8).

For those who need help to check logs among the players affected recall, please submit a ticket with details to the Customer Center at any time within the above period, and we promise to complete it with high priority.

Dear Adventurer,


We're very sorry for an incident involving an incorrectly added cash package [Developer K Gift] in the Cash Shop. We have already corrected the issue and the said item was already removed from the Cash Shop.

Some of the players who were able to purchase the item are currently in temporary restriction as our team process its retrieval and refund.

The package, which has not yet been officially verified with the SEA server environment, immediately stopped selling due to the possibility of bringing risks to the server, and temporary sanctions were applied until the recall of the players who used it was completed.

 

Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and make sure to release this issue as soon as possible.
