We would like to inform you that the following issue has come to our attention:

 

 

 

1. Issues where certain players cannot receive the 'Weekly Torch Mission Box (Lv.1)' immediately from Special Storage after the patch is completed.



We are now trying to figure out the clear cause, and we have reset the shipping system and resend the box as urgent action.

If you have already received your 1st box, please do not acquire or clear the additional mission box and store it in your Storage.
We plan to investigate the cause and compare the data as soon as possible, and if you ignore this statement and confirm the history of clearing and completing the box, all rewards obtained will be recovered and subject to a maximum of 45 days of game service restriction through GM's discretion.

2. The function is marked as giftable in the cash shop with a weapon exchange coupon. [Resolved]

└This issue will be resolved with Scheduled Maintenance on the 19th of April.

 

 

 

3. Skill icons are exposed differently in a few classes.

└Such as Soul Eater. Confirmed that there is no skill cast issue at the present, only an icon glitch.

 

 

3. The wrong description on Dragon Nest Newbie Mission Box (Stage 1) (Updated as of 20th April)

└Clear Condition is to speak with Beggar Loffy is, not Ghost Hound (Tooltip issue)

└Issue has been resolved with the May 2022 Update Patch.

 

 

4. Issue where applying incorrect drop probability of Main Weapon in Frozen Dragon Nest (Updated as of 20th April) [Resolved]

└Target resolution date: Scheduled Maintenace on 26th April, 2022 

 

 

 

 

5. Issues where Reward boxes do not appear after clearing [Catastrophe] - Great Arena. (Updated as of 28th April)

└Issue and compensation delivery has been resolved with the May 2022 Update Patch.

 

 

 

6. The Gladiator's Hero skill doing abnormal damage with the Dreamy Dragon Jade. (Updated as of 19th May)
