Dear SEA Adventurers,

 

 

 

We have received a lot of inquiries from many Adventurers regarding whether to use Mod program for cosmetic purposes that change the visuals of in-game objects. We are posting this notice today to officially respond to these inquiries.

 

First, we are desired to emphasize that any Mod programs are not officially distributed by Eyedentity Games authorized.

As stated in the current Operation Policy, we remind all of you that players of Dragon Nest are unable to get help service if the game service fails using an unauthorized program or is not legally provided by Eyedentity Games. Also, we remind you that as it is an unauthorized program, we are difficult to assure stability and provide help for software conflict.

 

Second, according to the Operational Policy that you have mutually agreed to, sanctions can be applied when discovering the use of unauthorized programs or automation functions of unauthorized programs.

Our team maintains measures to limit the use of these illegal programs that players tamper with clients such as cheat engines, etc. We, Dragon Nest Service Team promise that we will continue to do our best to provide healthy and stable game services and ask you to afford your cooperation in creating a fair and pleasant game environment.

 

Lastly, we go to grant a one-off amnesty for players who have been sanctioned for detecting the use of the visual Mod program from July 2021 to May 2022. (Limited to the applicable period of current policy)

This is an exceptional courtesy decision that contains our earnestness to ask players who do not clearly understand the policy and motive to participate in creating a healthy game environment. This will be implemented under the own discreation of [GM] and [PM].

Players who have been sanctioned due to the use of Mod program during the above period, please fill out the survey form through the link below. Our team will support the service recovery steps gradually. For more information, please refer to the survey and complete your application within the deadline. We cannot help you resume the game service with your account after a period of time.
