NOTICE [Updated] Announcement on the Lancea Championship Bonus 2 21. Jun. 2022 Views 11021

 

Dear Adventurers,

 

 

 

We would like to apologize for the delay in the update of the wrong rewards that were sold through the Trading House. 

 

We have been tracking the sold rewards and their whereabouts. Also, we have been calculating the transition of golds and items that were involved with the rewards. 

 

The conclusion of the tracking and calculating is that we will issue a full reversion and refund of items and golds that were involved with the wrong rewards. The reversion and refund will be held as follows:

 

 

 

The sellers of the wrong rewards

1. We have the exact price of gold received after the trade. 

2. All items that were purchased with the gold from the wrong reward trade will be retrieved. 

3. If the seller purchased and upgraded a gear with the gold from the trade, we will issue the gear in its pre-upgrade version. If the seller used the materials which were already in possession, these materials will be sent back as well. However, if the seller purchased the material with the gold from the trade and used it for the upgrade, it will not be refunded and considered as retrieved gold. 

4. Any difference between the income from the trade and the item retrieval value will be retrieved through the gold left in the account. If there is not enough gold in the account, additional retrieval may be executed in the future. 

 

example) A seller received 1,000,000 gold as the price of the wrong reward.

He spent 300,000 gold to purchase materials to make a Heavenly Minos Helm, with a Heavenly Cube and a Minos Helm which were already in possession. 

1. The Heavenly Minos Helm will be retrieved. The craft fee of 100,000 gold will be considered as retrieved. 

2. A Heavenly Cube and a Minos Helm will be sent to the seller as they belonged to the seller from the beginning. 

3. The rest of the materials which were prepared with the 300,000 gold from the trade will be considered as retrieved. 

4. The difference 1,000,000 - 100,000 - 300,000 = 600,000 gold will be retrieved from the seller's account. 

 

 

 

The buyers of the wrong rewards

1. The upgraded gear will be retrieved. 

2. Any items used for the gear will be sent to the buyer. 

3. The gold the buy spent to purchase the wrong reward will be sent to the buyer. 

 

example) A buyer bought a Crimson Heavenly Aura (Gloves) for 1,000,000 gold to upgrade a +10 Minos Gloves to a Heavenly Minos Gloves, and used a Muertos' Magic Orb to add a Dragon Jade slot. 

1. The +10 Heavenly Minos Gloves will be retrieved. 

2. A +10 Minos Gloves of the same option, a Muertos' Magic Orb, and 1,000,000 gold will be sent to the buyer. 

 

 

 

Once again, we are very sorry for the delay and confusion created by the wrong rewards from the Lancea Championship Bonus 2 event.

1. The rewards for those who have purchased the Lancea Package prior to the beginning of the Lancea Championship and fulfilled the condition for the Bonus 2 were sent at 16:11 on 21st June (GMT+8), the 2nd delivery. 

 

2. Right after the delivery, we recognized that one of the reward items was wrong. 

 

3. We recalled the 2nd delivery right away, but there were Adventurers who already claimed the wrong rewards.

 

4. Therefore, we set temporary ban for those who claimed the wrong rewards to recall and released them as soon as the recall is finished. 

 

 

 

Currently, we are verifying the items and we will send the rewards as soon as possible. 

 

Once again, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
