Our service team confirmed that there were two server issues on 31st December 2022 and 1st January 2023 (GMT+8).

Most of all, we apologize for the issue and belated countermeasure. 

Once all stability inspections are fully completed, we will add guidance on the compensation plan.

 

More, for any adventurers who have suffered inconvenience with the above timeline, our service team will provide an expedited recovery service with Customer Center.
