If you forgot your 2^nd Password, please follow the below step.

 

To reset your 2^nd Password:

a. Log in to the official Dragon Nest site - http://sea.dragonnest.com/member/Login
b. Go to Support and click on [2nd Password] option on the menu.
c. Make sure you are logged out from the game.

d. On the website, click on the [Reset my 2nd password] button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

e. Click on [Ok] when prompted to initialize 2nd password.
f. An email will be sent to your registered email address to verify the request.
g. Check your email and click on the link in the verification email to create a new 2nd password.
