If you happened to witness any abusive conduct or found any working hack or cheat tool,

please report to us by sending 1:1 inquiry to our Customer Service Support:

 

a. Log in the official Dragon Nest site - http://sea.dragonnest.com/member/Login
b. Click on the [1:1 inquire] in the [Support] section on the main page.
c. Select [Abuse Report] in the Topic and fill up the required information in the form.
d. Submit the form.
 

[Important Note]

a. Our Customer Service Officer will inform our Game Masters to conduct investigate and issue the penalty to the abuser, or take necessary action on the hack and cheat tool once the report is verified.

b.All inquiries should be written with enough circumstances of history and evidence.

Case1:

 

IGN EYE123 is a PVP abuser! Please ban him! (X)

 

 

Case2:

Hi, my IGN is Dragon0012.
Last 30th September around 14:00~14:30, I played PVP with EYE123 and was suspicious this player did abuse but no sure.
Would you investigate this user with my screenshot? Thanks! (O)

 

 

c. Investigation result is not shared with the reporter or the player got the offense in order to keep operation security.
D. Submitting false reports is not allowed and you may are subject to get offense.
