Depending on the reward type and conditions of the event, you might receive your reward at a different locations. Potentially, you may collect your rewards from:

a. In-game Mail Box 
b. Dragon Vault Gift 
c. Special Storage 
d. Directly to Account

Most event rewards will not be credited to your account/character(s) immediately; hence it is important to check the event news on the Dragon Nest website carefully. The deadline for reward crediting is usually stated in the Terms and Conditions section. Also, check that you had completed all requirements within the stated event period.

If you have yet to receive your event rewards after the crediting deadline as quickly as possible, please send 1:1 inquire via the website with details. Please understand that if the report will be made too late where it is difficult to verify the data, it cannot be dealt.
