My journey with Dragon Nest is by far, the most memorable piece of my childhood that still exist. Looking back when Dragon Nest was launched last 2010, I was just a young boy whose drawn into online games and I view online games as my escape from reality since I never had a good childhood way back. My journey with Dragon Nest started when a friend of mine introduced the game to me and I'll confidently say that Dragon Nest is one of the founding pillar of MMORPG console game; it's uniqueness, combat mechanics and the overall concept (not to mention the phenomenal lore) makes it one of the best of its generation. If you would look back 10 years ago, you won't find any free to play game like Dragon Nest, when I first saw how the gameplay mechanic works, I got hooked right away. It became my escape from my depressing environment back then and words are not enough to express how happy I am that my childhood savior is still thriving today. I'm a professional adult currently spending most of my time working and we all need something that would temporarily help us escape from our exhausting life and as an adult, I'm proud to say that until now, Dragon Nest is still my savior.

Of course, playing Dragon Nest opened doors for new amazing friendships and I met a lot of awesome, kind and great people in game. The community is healthy. My guildmates made my entire journey as joyous as I can describe it can be. Teamwork is essential and it is one of the most important element of the game. The thought of relying on your allies how they rely on you as well to claim victory is the greatest and the purest form of joy a player could ever feel. Even if you stopped playing Dragon Nest from a certain amount of time, if you came back, it will still feel home. This game feels like home to me and I'm grateful that Dragon Nest is still thriving and slaying up to this day.

Well, as for me, after doing nest hunts or raids with my guildmates or even random players, my way of enjoying the game is talking to random players and helping newbies. Every time I saw a newbie player struggling to keep up and is shouting random questions, I make it a habit to respond back to them and help them as much as I could, the joy of seeing newbies feel like they belong warms my heart. That's how I enjoy the game and I feel like if all of the players will just help each other out even in small ways like this, then Dragon Nest will be a better place to live on.
